Baby Mama Meet Up is held on the first and third Mondays of the month and is a gathering for those women who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or in the first two years postpartum. Topics will include Pregnancy, birth control, birth, postpartum mental health, nutrition, feeding choices, diapering choices, sleep solutions, car seat safety, and others related to this unique season!

Childcare is provided for those who need it. Please let us know if you plan to utilize it so that we may staff it accordingly. As always, nursing infants are always welcome to stay in the group with Mom!
